The recycling of automotive plastics mainly comes from the automobile dismantling end, 4S stores and other maintenance ends, and the automotive parts manufacturing end. The sources of automotive parts manufacturing end are mainly defective products, rubber head nozzles, etc., which are the sources of PIR.
Some high-quality recycled products will be recycled and repaired and then enter the second-hand market for reuse, and the rest of the recycled parts will enter the downstream recycling end.
After being processed into high-performance standardized particles at the recycling end, automotive plastics are further applied to downstream automotive, electronic appliances and other fields.
ReAutoloop® series products are developed with recycled auto parts and non-automotive PCR materials as the main raw materials, and customized products can be developed according to customer needs.
Relying on the big data platform, the carbon footprint of the entire declaration cycle of the material is tracked and managed, and the carbon footprint is calculated in cooperation with third-party institutions to ensure the authenticity and traceability of the product carbon footprint.
Most of the peripheral parts of automobile engines are PA6 glass fiber reinforced materials or PA66 glass fiber reinforced materials. The main engine manufacturer will use different materials according to the actual working conditions of the engine, such as temperature resistance, mechanical strength and other performance requirements. Jianfeng has developed multiple product brands according to the material type and glass fiber content of the peripheral parts of automobile engines to meet the different needs of customers.
It is made from raw materials from automobile engine peripheral parts such as hood, water tank, fan, intake manifold, etc., and can be used for different parts such as electrical housing, automobile carbon canister, connector, buckle, etc. to meet the different needs of customers.
