National Recognition! Topcentral® Awarded "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise"

Recently, following the requirements of the "Notice on Organizing the 2025–2027 Intellectual Property Powerhouse Construction Demonstration Creation Work" issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), Ningbo Topcentral New Material Co., Ltd. has successfully joined the 2025–2027 list of demonstration creation entities. After a rigorous selection process, the company was officially granted the title of "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise." This marks national-level authoritative recognition of the company’s comprehensive strength in IP creation, application, protection, and management.

The "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" title is one of the highest honors in the country’s IP field. Selection criteria cover multiple dimensions, including IP creation quality, application benefits, protection intensity, and demonstration leadership. It aims to cultivate a group of internationally competitive IP-advantaged enterprises to support the implementation of the National Intellectual Property Powerhouse strategy.

As a high-tech enterprise focused on recycling and carbon-neutral technologies, Topcentral® has always integrated its IP strategy into its core development. The company has built an IP layout covering four major innovation systems: Topcircle® physical recycling, CircleBlend® new material modification, Bydercom® bio-based and degradable materials, and ChemCircle® chemical recycling. Public patent data shows that Topcentral has focused its layout on polymer material recycling and modification. Founder Ma Yiming, as a core inventor, has participated in applying for various patents, including "A Glass Fiber Reinforced PET Material and its Preparation Method" and "A Macromolecular Chain Extender, its Preparation Method, and an Anti-aging Recycled ABS Material."

To date, the company has applied for over 100 patents, with 75 authorized. It has led or participated in the formulation of 7 national standards and 3 group standards, and holds over 300 authorized global trademarks. These innovations are widely applied in automotive, new energy, and electronic appliance sectors, providing green and low-carbon material solutions for global customers.

IP construction is a key link in Topcentral’s overall strategy. Alongside titles such as "National-level Specialized and Sophisticated 'Little Giant'" and "National High-tech Enterprise," it forms the core qualification matrix of the company.
