In partnership with Wahaha Group, China’s leading bottled water enterprise, Topcentral® operates a recycling program for post-consumer discarded polycarbonate (PC) water barrels. Each year, Wahaha retires millions of 19L PC barrels. Through our one-stop recycling supply chain and digital service platform, these discarded barrels are collected and transformed into high-performance PCR PC® products via advanced circular utilization technologies. Working with partners, we apply these recycled materials to a wide range of innovative fields, driving product application breakthroughs.
The recycling and circular utilization of post-consumer PC water barrels involves precise sorting, shredding, deep cleaning, pelletizing, and compounding.
Our R&D team has developed FREECBO2® PCR PC®, a 100% post-consumer, zero-carbon, green polycarbonate that meets internationally advanced standards in performance and sustainability. This material provides strong technical support for innovations across industries.

According to the 14th Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy Development by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), recycled plastics are a priority industry chain. As the Phase II Plastic Pollution Control Action Plan advances, the recycled plastics sector is poised for significant breakthroughs.
Each ton of PCR PC® can reduce CO₂ emissions by 91.8%, and its carbon reduction data is expected to be integrated into global carbon reduction and trading systems.

Feedstock sources include (but are not limited to) drinking water barrels, transparent sheets, automotive headlamps, container housings, lenses, and optical discs. After pre-treatment, standardized pelletizing, and modification, we produce high-quality plastic pellets.
Our recycling and innovation system addresses key industry challenges such as high-value applications, digital traceability, and zero-carbon labeling, enabling full lifecycle tracking and closed-loop industrial applications for Purlitz® PCR PC® rPC materials.
